TechHouse is a digital platform that connects customers with verified service providers for various home services including but not limited to:
- Cleaning services (deep cleaning, regular cleaning, post-construction cleaning)
- Plumbing services (repairs, installations, maintenance)
- Electrical services (wiring, repairs, installations)
- Painting and renovation services
- Appliance repair and maintenance
- Carpentry and furniture services
TechHouse acts as an intermediary platform facilitating connections between customers and service providers. We do not directly provide the services but ensure quality through our verification and monitoring processes.
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
- Provide safe and accessible working conditions for service providers
- Pay for services as agreed upon during booking
- Report any issues or concerns promptly to our customer service team
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
All bookings must be made through our platform. The booking is confirmed only after successful payment and availability confirmation from the service provider.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking
- We accept various payment methods including cards, UPI, and digital wallets
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Additional charges may apply for extra services requested during the appointment
Service prices are determined based on service type, duration, and location. Prices displayed during booking are final unless additional services are requested.
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time
- Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee
- No-show bookings are non-refundable
Eligible refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. In case of service quality issues, we may offer re-service or partial/full refund based on the situation.
If you're not satisfied with the service quality, report within 24 hours for resolution.
